
Brett Irvin
Brett is an Associate at Nevium. Prior to joining Nevium, Brett worked at an economic consulting firm focused on intellectual property disputes. Brett worked on a variety of projects including patent infringement, copyright infringement, class action disputes, startup valuation, and commercial success evaluation in a variety of industries. These industries included pharmaceuticals, medical devices, software, hardware, entertainment, oil and gas, and manufacturing, among others.
Brett co-authored the article “This apportionment strategy can help protect your IP damages award”, published in the IAM Media (Intellectual Asset Management) Review.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business, with honors. He was awarded the Claudius N. & James N. White Endowment upon graduation for scholastic excellence and a nomination by Haas finance faculty.
Brett also minored in Data Science at UC Berkeley and served as an Undergraduate Student Instructor for the Foundations of Data Science (Data 8) course.
Outside of the office, Brett enjoys playing beach volleyball and reading.
